Quantific signs government department

Quantific has entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Western Cape to implement it's web based CRV system to validate, manage and update information on employees, service providers and relevant stakeholders within the industry. The CRV system offers the first central employee database that consolidates information on employees from various industries, employers, information suppliers and verification companies in a single application.

The CRV system is the only technology that can track and update information on employees in real time, allowing employers to receive the most updated and correct information on potential candidates on line.

The system eliminates duplication of reports, stores all verifications and validations conducted in a centralized database, converting such reports from PDF format to electronic format with a correct references. The CRV system has closed the "fire and hire gap" allowing employers to have real time information on potential candidates profiles in real time through the web.

The software reduces recruitment processes and time with up to 80 %, saving employers an estimated 50 % of recruitment cost and reduces risk of potential high risk employees.

Quantific secures electronic security consortuim

Quantific has secured a contract with a South African based electronic security consortuim to manage, verify and control all employee information through the CRV technology.  The company will manage information on approx. 40 000 employees all employed within the electronic security sector. The consortuim of 225 companies will use the Quantific web based system to create a central database of employee information to enhance employee assessment quality and allow all members to have a centralized view of employees moving within the industry.

The CRV system provides a state of the art on line system, creating real time information feeds from multiple database sources locally and globally, providing information on employees that include criminal checks, qualification validations, fraud listings, driver license validations and employee history verification. The system consolidates all reports in a single electronic format, allowing employers to have a single screenshot report/resume on an employee.
